Knox Co., TX) son of Asa Bailey Simmons and Temperance Sterling. Family moved
to Vienna, Lincoln Parish before 1850. Abel A. Simmons married Susan Ann
Catherine Sealy (d/ Obadiah Eli Sealy & Julia Ann Melvinia Crosby)on 12-Nov-
1872 in Vienna, Lincoln Parish, LA.
Photos were handed down to their daughter Jamie Floice Simmons Link; then
to
her daughter Floice Reeta Link McLendon (grandmother of my wife Susan).
