DEED: Breeden, 1821, Shelby Co submitted by "Phyllis Hill" SHELBY COUNTY, KENTUCKY DEEDS, Book S, page 146 BREEDEN, WM. ETC. TO B. B. BREEDEN -- DEED This indenture made this 15th day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one Between William Breeden Bayless Foley Milly his wife and John Breeden lawful heirs & representatives of Richard deceased of the County of Galaton and State of Kentucky of the one part and Bland B Breeden of the County of Shelby and State aforesaid of the other witnesseth that the said William Breeden Bayless Foley Milly his wife and John Breeden for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars lawful money of Kentucky to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and Sell and conjoin unto the said Blan B. Breeden his heirs and assigns all of their right title and interest of an undivided tract of land of two hundred and eleven acres deeded to Richard Breeden deceased of Shelby County it being sixty three acres the three tenths of the above 211 acres more or less we the said William Bayless Milly his wife and John Breeden for themselves doth agree to defend the sixty three acres of land and premises as the lawful living heirs of the said Richard deceased together with all and singular the premises hereunto belonging or in any way appertaining to have and to hold the land hereby conveyed with the appurtenances unto the Said Blan B Breeden his heirs and assigns forever and the said William Bayless Milly his wife and John Breeden for themselves their heirs Executors and administrators the aforesaid undivided tract or parcel of land and premises unto the said Blan B Breeden his heirs or assigns against the claim or claims of all and ever person whatever claiming by through from and under them and their heirs and thus only and no further doth and will forever defend the above sold land & premises by way of quit claim deed.
