DEED: Breeden, 1834, Shelby Co submitted by Phyllis Hill SHELBY COUNTY, KENTUCKY DEEDS, Book F#2, page 21 JOHN MOORE to JOHN ALLEN--DEED This indenture made this fifteenth day of September Eighteen hundred and thirty four between John Allen of the County of Shelby and State of Kentucky of the one part and John Moore and Polly Moore, late Polly Breeden his wife of the State of Indiana of the other part witnesseth that the afsd John Moore and Polly Moore his wife for and in consideration of two hundred and Thirty two Dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged had granted Bargained and Sold unto John Allen all their right title interest and claim and all the claims of the heirs of Henry Breeden Decd in a certain Tract and undivided moiety of Land Containing twenty nine acres being a part of a Tract of Land purchased by Richard Breeden of Alexander Breckinridge lying and being in Shelby County and on Creek to have and to hold the afsd Tract of Twenty nine Acres of Land with all its appurtenances thereunto belonging or pertaining unto the Afsd John Allen and his heirs forever witness whereof we have hereunto Set our hands and Seals the day and date first above written_______________ Signed Sealed in John Moore (Seal) Presents of her Thos V.
