    - BOWLING, LANGDON, TRUETT, TURNER posted by Chip Pate

    - I am seeking *any*
information (please!) about Minatree TURNER, born about
1831 and buried in Green Hill Cemetery in Jackson
County.  He apparently served in Co. C, 7th Kentucky
Infantry, CSA, and was married to someone named Sarah,
originally from North Carolina.  One son was Robert
Lee TURNER (1876-1960) , who married Margaret TRUETT
(1877-1898); I have no information about Margaret.
One grandson was Levi TURNER (1896-1960), who married
Amanda Mae LANGDON (1899-1982); Amanda Mae was the
daughter of George Washington LANGDON (1877-1938) and
        Mary Belle BOWLING (1879-1951).  That's all I
know.  Minatree is my wife's gg grandfather and we
have nearly no information about him, his ancestors, or
        his family.

January 1841 and died 19 April 1916. The date of BURTON
and WARDLOW's marriage is also presently unknown Previous
