They were Alan and Mary Johns Hill. They had 3 children, Benjamin LeGrand Hill, Nannie Hill Welch, and Arelda Hill Morris. For a time, they lived in Owen County, because Ben was born there on 10/30/1861. He died on 12/4/1947. I don't know the dates they lived in Gallatin County, but I do know they died and are buried in Warsaw in the "Old" cemetery, where there aren't many stones and, unfortunately, not one for them. One of them was closely related to the See family, but I'm not sure how. Ben married Armelda Coleman, b. 7/19/ 1868, d. 11/19/1940. I'd love to find out the names of her parents, too!
