ROGERS, looking for information RE: Rogers family in Gallatin in early 1800's.
Part of Rogers family from Owen County living on Cedar Creek. Possibly Henry W.
Rogers in Gallatin. Need to find connections to Andrew Rogers b. VA crica 1784,
m. Franklin Co., KY in 1803 to Mary (Polly) Kennedy. Family spread out northward
from Elkhorn Creek area from 1780's and later. In Owen 1819 until Civil War.
Went to MO and returned to Shelby County, KY after war. Fred Rogers...

I am interested in finding the names of the parents of my
GGGrand parents who lived in Warsaw in the 1860's and later.
They were Alan and Mary Johns Hill. They had 3 children,
Benjamin LeGrand Hill, Nannie Hill Welch, and Arelda Hill Morris.
For a time, they lived in Owen County, because Ben was born there
on 10/30/1861. He died on 12/4/1947. I don't know the dates they
lived in Gallatin County, but I do know they died and are buried
in Warsaw in the "Old" cemetery, where there aren't many stones and,
unfortunately, not one for them. One of them was closely related
to the See family, but I'm not sure how. Ben married Armelda
Coleman, b. 7/19/ 1868, d. 11/19/1940. I'd love to find out the names of her
parents, too! Thanks!

BICKERS & FURNISH : Seeking info re JEANETTE BICKERS marriage to
