RICKS/RILEY/GIFFORD William RILEY and his wife Gwin RICKS lived in Henry Co. beginning about 1830. Gwin's brother Thomas RICKS, of Guilford Co., N.C., had died in Preble Co. about the time of their arrival, but Thomas' family moved to Henry Co., also. Probably, most of the RICKS, RILEY, and Jonathan GIFFORD family members were closely related. Are there descendants of these families with solid information that should be in the RICKS family history? If so, please contact me.
