I am not sure what the photo is of.
On the back of the photo it reads; Property of Early Cicero Stark.
After talking to relatives regarding the photo,
we believe the photo is what is the property not the actual land in the photo.
 
E.C. Stark was my great grandfather and a Judge in Commerce,GA.
