    Vs.

WILLIAM HARTT

Original Attachment: Levied on the leg. and equitable claim of WILLIAM HARTT, 
on the plantation on Beatie's Ford where ANDREW HARTT died.

Ordered by the Court that publication be made for three  months  in the 
Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said defendant appear at our next Superior 
Court of Law  to be held for the County of Mecklenburg in the Court House in 
Charlotte, then and there to replevy,  judgment  will be taken against him.
