Spring Term, 1835

NANCY H. SMITH
      vs.
JOSEPH N. SMITH

Petition for Divorce

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the Defendant, JOSEPH N. 
SMITH, hath removed beyond the limits of this State. It is therefore ordered 
by the Court that publication be made for three months in the Miner's & 
Farmer's Journal notifying said defendent.  Otherwise judgment will be taken 
pro confesso and the matter heard ex parte as to him.
Witness P. THOMPSON, Clerk of the said Court on the 3rd Monday in February, 
A.D., 1835.
