ADMINISTRATOR'S NOTICE
    Notice is hereby given that the Subscribers, at the last Term of  
Mecklenburg County Court, qualified as Administrators on the estate of  COL. 
CHARLES POLK,  deceased.  Those indebted to the said estate are requested to 
make payment immediately, and those having claims against said estate are 
notified to present them duly authenticated within the time prescribed by law 
or this notice will be plead in bar of their recovery.
