THE HEIRS OF NATHAN ORR

                 Vs.

THE HEIRS AND EXECUTORS OF ROBERT ERWIN

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, ANDREW 
HERON, SARAH HERON, MARY ERWIN HERON, ANDREW HERON, executors of ROBERT ERWIN, 
deceased, NELLY MOORE and ROBERT ERWIN MOORE are not inhabitants of this 
State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for three 
successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said defendants file 
their answers to the said Bill of Complaint within the first three days of the 
next term, the complainants, bill will be taken pro confesso and heard ex 
parte against them.
