                               EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   All persons indebted to the estate of COL. W. W. LIDE, dec'd, are requested 
to make payment immediately, and those having claims against said estate are 
notified to present them duly authenticated within the time prescribed by law 
or this hotice will be plead in bar of their recovery.
