STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA  COURT OF EQUITY  MECKLENBURG COUNTY 
Jan. Term, 1811

HUMPHREY HUNTER
GEORGE TODD
JOHN McK. ALEXANDER

              Vs.

JAMES NEIL, Administrator

Judgments obtained before a Justice of the Peace; and execution returned to 
Court, levied on the lands of JAMES NEIL, deceased.


It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the  defendants, 
WILLIAM NEIL, one of the representatives of JAMES NEIL, deceased, is not an 
inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless WILLIAM NEIL appear at our next Court to be held for the County of 
Mecklenburg in the Court House in Charlotte on the 4th Monday in May next and 
shew cause, if any he hath, why execution should not issue against the lands 
and tenements of the said JAMES NEIL, deceased, judgment will be taken pro 
confesso and heard ex parte.
