                     ADMINISTRATOR'S NOTICE
   The Subscriber having qualified as Executor upon the last Will and 
Testament of JAMES GRIBBLE, deceased, late of the County of Mecklenburg and 
State of North Carolina, who was administrator of ELIZABETH HODGE, deceased, 
late of said County and State. I, WILLIAM GRIBBLE, as executor, do hereby give 
notice to the heirs of ROBERT HODGE, dec'd, who are not residents of this 
State, that I am now prepared and ready to pay over to them the sum said 
ROBERT HODGE, or his heirs were entitled to; and I do hereby give notice, that 
I will not hold myself liable to pay interest from this date, as I am ready to 
pay over the money at any time.
