SION BARNETT

        Vs.

CHARLES POLK

Original Attachment levied upon a tract of land, one mile from Charlotte

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, CHARLES POLK 
is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the Defendant appear at our next Court to be held for the County of 
Mecklenburg in the Court House in Charlotte on the 4th Monday in March next to 
plead, answer or demur to this issue, judgment will be entered up against him.
