Witnesses were Joseph Kerr and John Todd. On 4 Dec 1771, a deed shows Hugh McCracken and John Anderson as adjacent landowners to Matthew Russel(l) on the south branch of Long Creek; and, on 5 Feb 1777, a Joseph McCane buys 130 acres on the south side of Long Creek, adjacent to John Anderson, John Kennedy and Hugh McCracken.
