Survey of land for Jacob RHODES
Dobbs County, N.C.
27 April 1778

Dobbs County
April 27th, 1778

Square box: 60 acres of land down by a scale of 100 poles to an inch.

Survey'd for Jacob RHODES sixty acres land on south side Tuckahoe joining 
his own and James RHODES lines. Beginning at a pine and runs east one 
hundred seventy poles to a red oak near AMITTS branch. Then down the branch 
north eighty poles to James RHODES line then west along his line one 
hundred and twenty poles then south eighty poles to the beginning.
