Lenoir County, NC - Will of Levi Hill, 1893

                      In the name of God Amen
     I, LEVI HILL of the County of Lenoir and state of North Carolina
being in health of body and of sound mind, memory and understanding
praise be to God for the same, do make this my last will and testament
in manner and form following.
     I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife BARBRA HILL her
heirs and assigns forever all of my personal property of what nature or
kind soever and wheresoever the same may be at my death. I also give
devise and bequeath to my said wife BARBRA HILL all of my real estate
for her use during her natural life, then at her death to my child or 
children begotten of my said wife BARBRA HILL; the heirs and assigns of 
said child or children forever. And I do nominate constitute and 
appoint my said wife BARBRA HILL sole executor of this my last Will and 
Testament, hereby revoking and making void all and every other will or 
wills at any time heretofore made by me and I do declare this to be my 
last will and Testament.
     In witness whereof I the said LEVI HILL have hereunto set my hand
this 22nd day of February 1892.

  signed, delivered and published by the above named 
Levi Hill as and for his last will and testament, in the
presence of us who at his request and in his presence
have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
