Lenoir County in the Superior Court
In the matter of the Administration of the Estate of Betsy Fields

W M Fields being duly sworn doth say: That Betsy Fields late of said county 
is dead without leaving any will and testament and that W M Fields is the 
proper person entitled to Letters of Administration of the estate of the 
said Betsy Fields.

Further that the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained at the 
date of this application, is about $6.68 and that he W M Fields and John H 
Fields are entitled as heirs and distributees thereof.

Sworn and subscribed before me Wm C Fields this 17 day of Sept, 1891.
