                           JOHN R.B.PHILLIPS BIBLE

The Bible is in extremely poor condition and almost nothing is readable. 
The Bible needs to be taken to NC Archives to be read under special 
conditions which might bring out some of the entries.

John R. B. Phillips was a prominent resident of Kinston, Lenoir County 
in the late 1800's. Roderick Phillips was his step father and family 
tradition states his natural father was a Blount.
