IMLA NUNN MILLER BIBLE

Found in the Sybil Hyatt Collection, Miller Folder, located at the Lenoir County Public 
Library, Kinston, NC. This is a hand written copy and not a copy of the original and in 
places it really is not clear.

Imla Nunn, son of Philip and Elizabeth Nunn Miller was born March 10th 1801

Mary Miller, consort of Imla Nunn Miller was born in March 26th, 1804 and was 
daughter of John Parker and his wife Angeline Loftin

Elizabeth (Furney written above) daughter of Philip Miller and his wife was born Apr. 
26, 1794

Wm. Miller  (space)   one sister md an Ivey & march  (sic)

John, son of do was born Nov. 26th 1796.  To Ga.

Daniel Miller md Parker sister to Mary Parker

Lewis do 2th of Apr. 1799

Nancy md a Cobb at Goldsboro, Aunt Ailsie md Ben. Fordham Deaths. Margaret ?? to 
the wedding (sic)

Wm. Miller, son of Philip and Elizabeth Miller was killed at the mill in the night of the 
12th of August 1821

Philip Miller died in his own house of the gravel and a bruise on the night of the 26th of 
Dec. 1824

Elizabeth Miller wife of Philip Miller died 9th of July 1836 aged 79 years & 4 months

Philip Miller my father was born 31st of Aug. 1756.

Elizabeth Miller, my mother, was born 9th of March 1757

Wm. E. Miller, son of I. N. Miller and Polly his wife died 10th of December 1849 about 
11 o'clock in the forenoon at Cincinnati, O. 20 years 10 months and 4 days old

Francis Xavier 5th child and 4th son of Imla N. Miller and his wife was born A. D. July 
12th

Ima Miller daughter of Imla N. Miller and his wife was born 16th March 1839 being the 
2nd daughter and 6th child

Mary Angelina Miller daughter of Imla N. Miller and his wife Mary was born 22nd March 
1841 being the 3rd daughter and 7th child

Francis Elizabeth eighth child and 4th daughter of I. N. Miller and his wife was born 17th 
of March 1843

Wiley Phillips was born May 1, 1845 md Jennie Prather  died 1871
(this as it was written but he may have been the youngest son of Imla Nunn and Mary 
Parker Miller according to the history of the family Ms. Hyatt compiled)
