Legatees:

JOEL CHITWOOD--land that fell to me by my wife NANCY, being on Pigg River in
Franklin County, Virginia.

Land to brother GEORGE ROBERTSON from his father's estate in Franklin County,
Virginia, on Blackwater River

To Wife NANCY ROBERTSON--land in Franklin County,  Virginia, being on which I
formerly lived

Also land I now live on--266 acres in Patrick County, Virginia, on both sides
of Smith River

Eldest Daughters; REBECCA ROBERTSON and NANCY ROBERTSON--land

Sons: WILLIAM ROBERTSON and BENJAMIN SKINNER? ROBERTSON--land

Three youngest daughters GINEA ROBERTSON, SARAH  (SALLY) ROBERTSON, and
