COMMISIONERS to NANCY LEE, wife of COLONEL JOHN G. LEE, deceased

Surname: LEE, MURPHY, TATUM, TUDOR

      JULY 23, 1860

      In obedience to an orderof Court June 1860 appointing we, the
undersigned as commisioners to allot to Nancy Lee her dower in the real estate
of Colonel John G. Lee decd. as report as follows, to wit:

      Beginning at a corner Chestnut between William S. Murphy and the
said Lee running a west course to the road thence with the road to a gate
thence a straight line to a Chestnut, ---- the top of a High Hill. Thence a
straight line to a Cherry near the bottom, Thence, across the creek, a 
straight line to a fence. Thence with the fence to W. S. Murphy's line thence 
with his line to the beginning. 

      We do hereby certify that we the undersigned have discharged the
duties required of us by the above named Order to the best of our knowledge. 

      As witness our hands and seals this 23rd day of July 1860

      This report of the Commisioners ----- to Nancy Lee her dower in the
real estate of her late husband Colonel John G. Lee was this day presented to 
the Court confirmed and ordered to be recorded.
