RELEASE: MATTHEW SANDIFUR TO WILLIAM N. SHARP, 1834

This Indenture made this 23d day of September 1834 Between Matthew Sandifur 
of the County of Patrick of the one part and William N. Sharp of the same 
County of the other part Witnesseth that whereas the Wm. N. Sharp conveyed 
to the said M. Sandifur as trustee a tract of land lying and being in the 
County of Patrick on the headwaters of Russells Creek containing two hundred 
acres be the same more or less and also one other tract containing fifty six 
acres being the tract recoverd of R. Sharps heirs to secure the payment of 
certain debts due A. Staples Thomas I. Penn & Milton R. Dodson as expressed 
with said deed of trust bearing date the 17th day of October 1831 now in 
consideration of the said debts being fully paid and the parties fully 
satisfied and all the requisitions of the said deed being fully complied 
with the said Matthew Sandifur doth by these presents fully release and 
convey back to the said Wm. N. Sharp all the title in him by the trust deed 
aforesaid in as full and complete a maner as if the said land was fully 
expressed in this deed and doth warrant and defend the title to the tract of 
land with its appertenances against the claim of all persons claiming under 
him and no further.  In testimony whereof the said M. Sandifur hath hereunto 
set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above written.

examination and record.

This deed of release from M. Sandifur trustee to William N. Sharp with the 
certificate of acknowledgement in office thereon endorsed was presented in 
Court examined and ordered to be recorded.
