Crawford Turner for Rufus Turner

This deed made on this 20th day of October 1854 between Lot Lee of the county of Patrick and 
State of Virginia of the one part and Rufus Turner of the county and state aforesaid of the 
other part, witnesseth that the said Lot Lee doth grant unto the said Rufus Turner the 
following property, one horse, two head cattle and hogs.  The hogs are marked, ___ off of each 
year and a ___ on the left ear and the cattle are two milch cows one unmarked and the other
marked, ___off of each ear, twenty barrel corn, all the household and kitchen furniture of the 
said Lot Lee the title of which the said Lot Lee warrants unto the said Rufus Turner.
	In trust to secure a debt of fifty dollars with interest from the 2nd day of September 
1854 to Crawford Turner which will by a bond dated on the 1st day of September payable one day 
after date also to secure a debt of seventy five dollars to Burwell Akers due the 24th day of 
December 1854 which will appear by a bond and dated by the said Lot Lee with James B. Ross his 
security dated on the 25th day of August 1854 and payable on the said date of ______.
	The bond to Crawford Turner indentured before signed.

	This trust deed from Lot Lee to Rufus Turner Trustee for the benefit of C. Turner 
conveying personal property was exhibited in said office acknowledged and admitted to record.
