DEED-JOHN G. LEE, Trustee to WILLIAM TUGGLE-1840

Surname: LEE, TUGGLE, REYNOLDS, HOPKINS, TUDOR
This indenture made and entered into between John G. Lee, Trustee and William
W. Tuggle the purchaser in the year of our Lord 1840 Oct. 12th.  The said John
G. Lee, Trustee in a parcel of land conveyed in the County of Patrick on the
head waters of Mill Creek was conveyed in trust to Abram Reynolds by William
Hopkins in the year of 1829 December 29th and the said land was sold to the
highest bidder and Abram Reynolds became the purchaser of the land bounded as
follows. Beginning at Richard Hopkins corner Maple tree thence to a corner
sowerwood thence to a chesnut corner tree thence to a sowerwood tree thence to
a corner maple and thence to the begining as stated in the deed of trust with
all wood orchard and appurtaining to the same parcel of land conveyed in Trust
to A. Reynolds by William Hopkins to J G Lee and the number of acres is twenty
be the same more or less and William W. Tuggle is to enjoy and receive all of
the profits arising from the same purchaser of land bought of Hardin
W. Reynolds directed John G. Lee as Trustee to convey the title of the said 
land to William W. Tuggle having received from said Tuggle payment in full. 
The said lands sold under the Trust deed brought at sale $13. 51c which amount 
was paid over to A Reynolds by said Trustee above named and the said John G. 
Lee conveys to William Tuggle such title as is vested in him as Trustee in the 
conveyance of land to A Reynolds by Wm Hopkins and no other title in no 
respest whatever given under my hand and seal this 12th day of October 1840.
