Last Will of State of Alabama

SEAL

                                                    In the name of God amen
I, Sion Tedder of the County and State afore said, being of sound mind and
memory do hereby make and ordain this to be my last will and testament.
First, I desire that all my just debts be paid.
Secondly, after paying all just demands I give an bequeth to John William
Tedder my old rifle gun.
Thirdly, I give and bequeth to David C. Tedder one rifle gun with a new
stock to it.
Fourthly, I give and bequeth to my wife Nancy  Tedder  during her natural
life all the balance of my property both real and personal as well as my
money and other effects to her proper use  and benefit.
Fifthly, I desire at the death of my wife Nancy Tedder that all of my
property both real and personal which may not be consumed by her for her
support, shall be equally devided amongst all my children.
Sixthly, I hereby constitute and appoint my son James Tedder and my wife
Nancy Tedder executors to this my last will and testament.
Seventhly, I desire that after the death of my wife Nancy Tedder that the
division of my property shall be made by three disinterested men chosen by
the heirs, and said division be valid without an order from the orphan's
court.
                       In witness wherof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 14 day of March
