This is a 133 year old Bible, printed in 1867, with Parrish history in it. 
In opening the Bible are the words: Mrs. Lila Parrish Lila Woodell Parrish 
(B - unknown, D - 16 Dec. 1899) was the first wife of my grandfather, John 
Henry Parrish (B - 26 Oct. 1878, D - 7 Dec. 1957). Married date: 22 July 1898. 

On the last page of the Bible it says: 
Jordan Parrish Bible now, 
Jordan Parrish His Book Steal Not, If it's yours to have, it will be said

Inside of the Bible is this history:

FIRST PAGE:

Sylvia Parrish was born October the 31 1846
Mary Ann Parrish was born June 19 1851
John W. Parrish was born October the 2 1853
Andrew Parrish was born April 24 1856
John W. Parrish left the 12th of April 1891 in his eighteenth year.

SECOND PAGE:

Emma Parrish was born April 22, 1894
Geneva Louise Parrish was born April 1, 1913
Mary Evelyn Parrish ws born Nov. 24, 1916
Eunice Irene Parrish was born November the 3 1914
James Harrington Spivey was born Nov. 1, 1925

THIRD PAGE:

Henry David Denson was bornd May the 21. 1870
Dilany Parish was bornd October the 19 1817
Mr. And Mrs. J. H. Parrish was married March 23, 1940

FOURTH PAGE:

Mr. A. Parrish died July 16, 1939

John Henry Parrish was married 4 times. This Bible ended up in the hand of his 
4th wife, Mrs. Mary Horne Melvin, great grandson.
