1 July 1848 - Whereas at September Term AD 1845 of Court of Lenoir County 
upon the petition of the heirs at Law of PHEBE LOVICK, deceased - it was 
ordered to be sold at public auction town lots on a credit on one and two 
years. Sale took place on 6 January 1846 --- JOHN H. PEEBLES was the 
purchaser at the sum of $3,700 - money paid and ordered to make title. Lots 
in the town of Kinston as follows - #73, #74, #75, #89, #90, #91, #92. 
(there is a gap on the copy made but the lot #76 also appears) --- with 
the exception of the family burial ground
