State of North Carolina  }
          Lenoir County  }           Personable appeared before
Us Anne Kennedy and after being sworn on the holy Evangelist of Almighty
God Deposeth and Saith that she being Acquainted with a Certain John Hill
in North Carolina, in Dobbs County some years past, and the Deponant 
Living in South Carolina, saw the same John Hill their, after being their
sometime the said John Hill was taken sick and Died that this Deponant was
with him some nights in his sickness and see him, after he was Dead, and
further this Deponant saieth not
