Lenoir County, NC - Slade Gatlin Deceased, 1809

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

That Slade Gatlin, late of Kinston in the county of Lenoir, is dead,
and that the Subscriber qualified as Executor to his last Will and
Testament, at July Term, 1809, of the County Court of said county.

All persons having claims against his Estate, are requested to bring
them forward within the time prescribed by law, or they will be
barred of recovery; and all persons indebted to the Estate of said
deceased are requested to make immediate payment, or they will be
sued by John Gatlin, Executor.
