Loomis adm'rs Owen Rigby           }   Jury charged & find the
Jonathan Rigby & David Grinto      }   writing Obligation to be the
                                       act & deed of Defendants

Intestate and the defendants Jonathan Rigby and David Grinto that
the dollars are of the Value of 115.1.3 that there was paid on the
6th October 1870 - 40.10.0. that the residue remains unpaid that
there is no let off and assets the plaintiffs damages to 27.13.1.
They further find that the defendants have not fully administered
but have assets to the amount of 122.0.9. Subject to the plaintiffs
demand But if the Court shall be of Opinion that the adm'rs are
entitled to a commission of 5 percent upon both receipts and
expenditures then they find that the assets are but 79 ~

Ordered that the above be sent to the Supreme Court

Given under my hand & seal of Office at Kinston the 1st day of
January AD 1818
