                          Matthew Floyd

 Matthew Gee Floyd, 63, of 290 Balkcom Ave., died Wednesday in a local hospital 
after a brief illness. Services will be held at 2pm Friday in Prospect United 
Methodist Church in Twiggs County. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

 Mr. Floyd, a native of Twiggs County, was a retired security guard for Bibb 
Manufacturing Co. He was a member of Prospect United Methodist Church.

 Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Juanita Austin of Jeffersonville; three 
sons, Robert Larry Floyd and Matthew Donald Floyd, both of Jeffersonville, and 
Wendell Ray Floyd of Macon; two brothers, William Homer Floyd and John Reese 
Floyd, both of Jeffersonville; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Lou Floyd, Mrs. Lillie 
Mae Floyd, and Mrs. Sara Sauls, all of Jeffersonville; and 11 grandchildren.

 Four County Funeral Home of Jeffersonville has charge of arrangements.

Matthew was born 23 Mar 1914 to William Matthew Floyd and Sarah Susie Grimsley 
Floyd. Georgia death certificate #036832.
