                           Horace R. Carter

 Horace R. Carter, 63, of 3330 Shaw Drive died Tuesday in a Dublin hospital. 
Services will be held at 10am today in Evergreen Cemetery. The Rev. Allen 
Hardison will officiate.

 Mr. Carter, a native of Twiggs County, lived in Macon two years, having moved 
from Florida. He attended public schools on Twiggs County and was a retired 
security guard with Sizemore International Security Inc. He was a Baptist and a 
veteran of World War II.

 Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Walter R. Williams Jr. of Macon; two 
brothers, William J. Carter of Tucson, Ariz. and James R. Carter of Florida; 
and an aunt, Mrs. Frank P. Mowery Sr. of Phoenix, Ariz.

 Hart's Mortuary has charge of arrangements.

Additional Comments:
Horace was born 7 Apr 1917 to John Benny Carter and Fannie Carlton Hardie/Hardy 
Carter. Georgia death certificate #018707.
