Douglas Doug L. Henthorn, 55, of Sparks passed away October 23, 2014, at South 
Georgia Medical Center.
 He was born March 17, 1959, in Ashland, OH to the late Forrest Earl Henthorn 
and Marjorie Pence Henthorn Folsom.He lived most of his life in Colquitt and 
Cook Counties. He was a member of the Alapaha Baptist Church and a retired Agent 
with Liberty National Life Insurance Company.
 He is survived by his wife, Connie D. Henthorn of Sparks; son, Lee Henthorn, II 
of Albany; special cousin, Janet L. Haines of Ashland; his special Pop and 
Mom, Horace and Sandra Baldree of Tifton; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, 
Lucille and Donald Exum of Nashville.
 Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. October 27 at the Alapaha Baptist Church 
with Rev. Gerald Mallard officiating.
 Interment was in Flat Creek Church Cemetery in Berrien County.
 Boone Funeral Home Adel was in charge of arrangements.
