                         Mrs. Riner, 88, Dies; Rites Set
 Funeral servives for Mrs. Eva Mae Scott Riner, 88, of Tifton, who died 
Tuesday in Doctor's Hospital in Columbus, will be held at 3pm Thursday in the 
chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
 Elder Earl Bishop will officiate with burial to be held in Oakridge Cemetery.
 Born Oct. 22, 1891, Mrs. Riner was a daughter of the late C. W. and Mary Emma 
Parker Scott. She was a member of the Tifton Primitive Baptist Church, the 
widow of Rufus Deen Riner, who died Oct. 2, 1935 and had lived here since 1925.
 Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. M. J. Perkins of Columbus, Ga., Mrs. 
Arnold Loyd of Nahunta, and Mrs. Bill Young of Auburndale, Fla.; and a sister, 
Mrs. Ann O'Quinn of St. Petersburg, Fla, formerly of Tifton.
 Three sons preceded her in death.
 In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Building Improvement 
Fund of Tifton Primitive Baptist Church.
