                               Leon W. Fordham
 Graveside services for Leon W. "Bubba" Fordham, 75, of 618 Buckeye Road, East 
Dublin, will be held Saturday at 11am at Northview Cemetery. The Rev. Billy 
Wicker will officiate.
 A native of Tift County, Mr. Fordham was the son of the late James Horace 
Fordham and the late Ruby Marie Branch Fordham. A resident of Laurens County 
for most of his life, Mr. Fordham was a methodist, a member of Red Hill 
Masonic Lodge and was retired from Armstrong Cork Co. Mr. Fordham died 
Thursday in a local hospital.
 Survivors include his wife, Ruby Floyd Fordham of East Dublin; four sons, 
Robert L. Fordham of Elko, Jim W. Fordham of Macon, and Michael L. Fordham and 
Ronnie L. Kittrell, both of Gray; four daughters, Phyllis Chapman, Patricia 
Patterson, and Jeri Tetterson, all of Macon, and Cheryl Johnson of Juliette; 
one sister, Doris Bracewell of Dublin; 15 grandchildren; and 3 great-
grandchildren.
 The family will receive friends tonight from 6-8pm at Townsend Brothers 
Funeral Home.

Leon was born 7 Oct 1921. Georgia death certificate #050080. Leon is buried in 
Section BB at Northview. Leon's first wife was Willie Mae Poole Fordham.
