Written: December 21, 1911




I, John Layton of Bullskin Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, being of 
sound mind and memory do hereby make this my last will and testament. I hereby 
give devise and bequeath all my estate, real, personal and mixed of whatever 
kind and character and wherever found, to Frank Byers Brown, of Bullskin 
Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, the said Frank Byers Brown to pay out 
of the said estate my funeral expenses and other lawful indebtedness, if any. 
I hereby name and constitute H.S.Dumbauld of Uniontown, Fayette County, 
Pennsylvania to be the executor of this my last will and testament. In witness 
whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 21 day of December A.D.
