Will of Mrs Margaret Gilmore (nee Wilson, daughter of Alexander Wilson) Will 
book 3 pages 329 331 records of Fayette Co, Pa       I, Margaret Gilmore of 
Luzerne Tp (she lived on that side of Merrittstown) will as follows:
1st I give to my sister Debby Laughlin of Guernsey Co, O my farm ctg 160 A 
near Washington, Ohio & at her death same to be equally divided among her 
children.
Item: to the children of Anne Yandes Decd 2/3 of my farm near Senecaville, O & 
the remaining third to my niece, Elizabeth Sharp of Indianapolis, Ind & my 
nephew Alexander Wilson (of John) of LaFayette, Ind share & share alike.

Item to Maria Robbins of Guernsey Co        50
Item to nephew Dr William Wilson            50
Item to nephew John Wilson                 100
Item to niece Elizabeth Robinson of U'town 100
Item to nephew James Wilson                 50

Item to my nephew David Gilmore, the residue of my furniture, provided he 
stays with me & takes care of me.
Item to my niece Margaret McCreary my set of silver teaspoons
Item to Martha Smith if she remains 4 shares Mon NBK
Item to Cephas Porter, Robert Finley, & Ebenezer Gallaher 26 shares Mon NBk 
for Dunlaps Creek Pres Church for support of Rev Dr Saml Wilson & his 
successors in trust.
Item to John Davidson, Geo A. Nelen & Aaron Hackney 20 shares Mon NBK in trust 
for the New Hopewell Cumb Pres Church for support of Rev J.I.A. Henderson or 
his successor
Item to my nephew David Gilmore all the balance of my property of whatsoever 
kind.
Lastly, I appoint Alexander Laughlin of Guernsey Co, O & John Wilson of 
Fayette Co, Pa sole executors dated May 16, 1855 Margaret Gilmore (seal) 
Attest Joshua V. Gibbons, E.T. Gallaher, John Armstrong. Proven Nov 6, 1858 by 
E.T. Gallaher & John Armstrong & letters issued on Nov 19, 1858 to John Wilson 
by James Darby reg.
