  Mrs. Mary Ann Cummings Robertson, age 86, of Pearson, GA, passed away on 
Wednesday, September 23, 2015, at her residence following an extended illness. 
Mrs. Robertson was born on February 19, 1929, in Morganville, NJ, to the late 
Martin Smith and Barbara Long Smith.
 Mrs. Robertson retired from Sears and Roebuck after 23 years of service. She 
was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, an avid golfer, a member of the 
Auxiliary at Coffee Regional Medical Center and she traveled extensively.
 Survivors include her husband, Woodrow L. Robertson of Pearson, GA; son, Billy 
A Cummings of Pearson, GA; three daughters, Janice Marie Cummings of Pearson, 
GA, Linda Diane Harris of Nicholls, GA, and Betty Lee Thompson of Pearson, GA; 
two brothers, Frank Smith of Douglas, GA, and Martin Smith of Morganville, NJ; 
two sisters Ellen Owens of Douglas, GA, and Barbara Miller of Whiting, NJ; two 
grandchildren, Brian Cummings of Pearson, GA, and Becky Grantham of Douglas, GA; 
four great grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and 
nephews.
 She was preceded in death by her first husband, William Floyd Cummings II; son, 
Berry W. Cummings; brother, Thomas Smith; sister, Loretta Wilson.
 Funeral services were held on Saturday, September 26, 2015, at 10 a.m. at St. 
Paul Catholic Church with Deacon Don Miller officiating.
 Pallbearers were Wayne Grantham, Alex Grantham, Steve Thompson, Robert Parson, 
Wade Harris, Brian Cummings.
 Interment followed at Douglas City Cemetery.
 In lieu of flowers memorials maybe made to St. Jude, 501 St Jude Place, 
Memphis, TN, 38105.
 Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
