                          Alonzo S. Hall
 Last rites for Alonzo S. Hall, 64, Dawson Road, who died late Sunday night at 
the Americus and Sumter County Hospital, are planned Wednesday at 11am from 
Hancock Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Leighton Norris officiating. Burial 
will follow in the Corinth Methodist Church Cemetery in Johnson County. 
 Mr. Hall was a former resident of Leesburg and had resided in Sumter County 
for the last 13 years.
 A veteran of World War II, he was formerly employed by Martin Theatres. He 
was a Mason and member of Chehaw Lodge No. 701, F&AM, Leesburg.
 Mr. Hall is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lillie Mason Hall, Americus; one 
stepdaughter, Mrs. Clifford Jerrigan, Warner Robins; two sisters, Mrs. John T. 
Williams, Swainsboro and Mrs. Ben Smith, Kite; and a brother, Melvin Hall, 
Kite and two grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
Alonzo was born 8 Apr 1903 to Henry Samuel "Sam" Hall and Elizabeth "Lizzie" 
Tyson Hall. Georgia death certificate #004296.
