William Brate was born may 18the 1807 died being 2 years 2 months old

Jacob Brate was born Febuary the 6the 1809 

William Brate was born July 10the 1811

Francis Brate was born august 10the 1813

James Brate was born march 3the 1816

Martin Brate was born august 15th 1818

Eli Brate was born November 30 1821 died being 2 [?] old

Isaac Brate was born November 30 1822 

Lewis Brate was born August 13the  [part of page missing] 
1824 [year penciled in below]

Hannah J. Young died March 13th [part of page missing] aged 19 years 
    [this is Hannah Jemima Brate]

Transcribed from a HOLY BIBLE  (no inscription,  Publishers name/date page is
missing)
All entries are typed as they appear 
All Brate entries were written by the same hand, and appear to have been
entered at the same time 
The Young entry is written in a different, more modern hand with a higher
quality pen and lighter ink, possibly by Hiram Brate, son of Isaac
- All bracketed text [ ] are editorial remarks

This Bible (circa 1820) has been handed down through my family, and remained in
the same house in Reidsville, town of Berne, Albany County, New York, since the
1850's.  The Isaac Brate listed above is my great-great-grandfather.
