In the name of God Amen I ANDREW CHRISTY of Sewickly Township
Westmoreland County State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and menory
and, considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life do
therefore make ordain publish and declare this to be my last Will and
Testament that is to say first after all my lawful debts are paid and
satisfied the residue of my Estate real and personal I givebequeath and
dispose of as follows to wit To my beloved wife LETTICE all my personal
property all money and promisary notes which may be on hand at my
decease to use and dispose of at her will I also bequeath that my wife
shall have the bond money which to be paid on the first of April by I.
C. FOX to pruchase property for her residence during her natural life
and at her death I wil and bequeath that the aforesaid property shall go
to the use of my nephew ALFRED G. MARSH and the remaing part of the real
estate which is in notes and bond I will that my wife shall have the
interest and enjoy the same while she lives and whatsoever remains after
my wifes dec to be Equally divided between my Brother and Sisters
children namely to my brother SAMUEL's two sons JAMES CHRISTY and SAMUEL
CHRISTY to my sister ELIZABETH's four sons ALFRED G MARSH, CLARKSON
MARCH, JASON MARSH, HENRY MARSH to my sister HATTIE MCURDY's two sons
ALEXANDER B. MCURDY JOHN S MCURDY to Sister JANE BRISBONE son JAMES
BRISBINE to receive equal parts of what remains at my wifes dec I also
declare that ALFRED G. MARSH administer and make settlement after my
wifes dec Likewise I make constitute and appoint my wife LETTICE to be
Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former
wills by me made in witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name
and affixed my Seal the twenty seventh day of January A.D. 1864

The above written instrument was Subscribed in our presence and
acknowledged by him to such of us said he at the same time published and
declared the above instrument so Subscribed to be his last Will and
Testament and we at the Testators request and in his presence have
signed our names as Witnesses hereto Attest: THOMAS LEE
ROBERT LEE
Legally proved and approved this 13th March A.D. 1865 Same day recorded
and declaration of widow filed and Letters of Administration C. ? issued
to A.G. MARSH who was sworn before me. W. C. GUFFEY Regr

affixed thereon stamps of the U S Int Rev amounting in value to two
