DIED--HUBBARD--William HUBBARD died at the home of his brother in the town
of New Chester Saturday evening, December 19, 1903; aged 82 years and 3
months.

Deceased had been in failing health for several months, but was not thought
critically ill. He retired early in the evening in his usual health, about
nine o'clock, Mrs. HUBBARD went to inquire if there was anything he wanted
before the family retired for the night, he answered no. Mrs. HUBBARD
noticed that he spoke with difficulty, she ran to the door and called her
husband, who was in the next room. They went into the room and raised him
up, but his spirit had gone.

The funeral was held from the home Monday morning, Dec. 21, the Rev. A. H.
Smith officiating, using for his text words found in Eccles. 12-13.
