HENRY HUBBARD DEAD

Henry HUBBARD died suddenly last Sunday morning at his home in Oxford. Mr.
HUBBARD was for many years one of the most prominent citizens of the Town
of Jackson in this county, and had moved to Oxford only last spring.

His first wife, who died several years ago, was Mary JONES, a sister of
Chester JONES of Kilbourn, and of Clem and Norman JONES and Mrs. J. R.
VROMAN of Jackson.

He was recently married to Miss Clara MORGAN of Coloma, who survives him.

Mr. HUBBARD was a fine singer and in the years gone by this talent was used
by him to add to the enjoyment of many a social gathering in Adams county.

The funeral services were held in Oxford Monday afternoon, and the burial
was in Oxford cemetery.

~~~~~~ Also from Page 5, Column 2: --Mr. and Mrs. J. E. VROMAN of Jackson,
who had been guests of their daughters, Mrs. F. McCONICK and Mrs. Earl
STAFFORD, were called home Sunday by the death of their brother-in-law, Mr.
Henry HUBBARD.
