In the name of God amen I Abraham Moore of St. Clair Township Bedford County
and State of Pennsylvania being weak of body but of perfect mind and memory
and of sound and disposing judgment and calling to mind mortality of this body
do make and ordain this my last will and testament hereby revoking and
discounting all other wills by me heretofore made constitute this my last will
and testament to be fulfilled by my Executors herein after to be named. First
I hereby direct that my body be decently buried and my soul I commit to God
who gave it, sincerely hoping he will be merciful. Item: I order and direct
that my just debts be first paid and the residue of the worldly property that
it hath pleased God to bless me with I dispose of in the following manner.
Viz: First I order and direct that the mansion house wherein I now reside
together with all my personal property remain in the possession of my beloved
wife Mary Moore as long as she liveth except such part of the same as she
shall think proper to dispose of and the money arising from the sale thereof
to be applied to paying my debts and also fifty dollars of the same to be paid
to my son Abraham Moore as soon as it can be conveniently collected. Item: I
give to son James Moore forty four dollars it being the amount of a note of
loan which he gave me. Item: I give and bequeath to my son James Moore his
heirs and assigns forever all the tract of land I now live on subject to all
money due on the same provided that he pay my widow one third of the produce
thereof in the following manner. Viz: one third of the wheat, rye and oats in
the stack and one third of the oats, buckwheat, potatoes and fruit in the
bushel and the hay to be divided as usual. Also it is my will that my son
James Moore pay to my son Abraham Moore two hundred and fifty dollars out of
my real estate in the following manner. Viz: in three equal yearly
installments the first to be paid one year after the decease of my widow. Also
I give and bequeath to my son James Moore his heirs and assigns all that tract
of land I hold adjoining the tract I now live on. Also I will and decree that
when my widow shall decease that all my personal Estate which shall be
remaining be divided amongst my six daughters namely Sarah, Elizabeth, Mary,
Jane, Hannah and Nancy. Also I hereby constitute and appoint my son James
Moore and Anthony Blackburn Executors of this my last will and testament in
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of April
A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighteen.

Bedford County SS Personally appeared before me the subscribed Register
for the probate of wills and granting letters of administration in and for
said County, John Ellis and William Hines the subscribing witnesses to the
written instrument in writing and being duly sworn do depose and say that they
were personally present and heard and saw Abraham Moore the testator sign,
seal and publish pronounce and declare the written instrument in writing as
and for his last will and testament that at the time of so doing the testator
was of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding according to the best
of the deponents knowledge and belief. And that they subscribed as witnesses
in presence of the testator. Sworn and subscribed this twenty-eighth day of
November A.D. 1818.

Filed and Registered 28th day of November A.D. 1818.
Be it remembered that on the 28th day of November A.D. 1818 Letters
testamentary was granted unto James Moore and Anthony Blackburn Executors in
the foregoing will they having first been duly sworn according to Law.
