Coaldale Borough, Bedford Co., Pa., January 4 1898.
I, Dr. Evan P Jenkins of the Borough of Coaldale Bedford County Pennsylvania,
make this my last will and testament. My estate and property real and personal
as follows, that is to say:
I give, desire and bequeath to my wife, Annie Jenkins, for her use and
maintenance, all my real and personal properties as long as her life shall last
in this world. And after her death, I give and desire to John Jenkins, my son,
the three vacant lots situated at the east end of my property on King Street in
said Borough.
I give and desire to Jemine Jones, my daughter, the double house and two lots
next to the vacant lots, a front on King Street, in said Borough.
I give and desire to James Jenkins, my son, the single house and lot situated
on the west side of the lot where the spring of water is on, also on King
Street in said Borough
I give and desire to Daniel Jenkins, my son, the double house and lot situated
at the west end of my property, adjoining Mr. John Martins lots.
I give and desire and bequeath to Lizzie Ott, my daughter, and Anna Blatchford,
my grand daughter, conjointly the house, drugstore, lot and personal properties
that will be therein at the time of my wife death said properties situated on
Fulton Street opposite Mrs. George Figardo's lot, also the vacant lot where the
spring of water is on, situated on King Street ( All the said properties are
located as described within Coaldale Borough Bedford County Pennsylvania.
I appoint Mrs. Lizzie Ott, my daughter, and Mrs. Anna Blatchford, my
granddaughter, executors of this my will
In witnesses hereof I have sign and sealed this instrument as my will at
Coaldale Borough Bedford County and state of Pennsylvania January 4, A.D. 1898

The said Dr. E. P. Jenkins at Coaldale Borough on January 4, 1898, signed and
sealed this instrument and published and declared the same as and for his last
will and we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each
other have hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses.

Personally appeared before me Ed. R ?, Register for the probate of wills in and
for said County, John C Nichalson, Alexander Presser, and Andrew Black, the
three subscribing witness to the last will and testament of Dr. Evan P Jenkins
late of Coaldale Borough, deceased, who being duly qualified according to law
depose and say that they were personally present and saw and heard the above
named testator sign and seal pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of
writing as and for his last will and testament, that they signed their names as
witnesses at the request of said testator and in his presence and in the
presence of each other and at the time of so doing said testator was of sound
mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief
