I, Ann Jenkins, of Coaldale Borough, Bedford County, Pennsylvania, do make this
my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
I give, desire and bequeath my estate and property as follows, this is to say:
First, I give to my daughter Lizzie J Ott, wife of Lee Ott, and my
granddaughter Anna Blatchford, wife of John Blatchford, that lot of ground
situate in Coaldale Borough, Bedford County, Pennsylvania fronting forty (40)
feet on Fulton Street and extending back one hundred and forty (140) feet to
King Street, adjoining lot belonging to Daniel Fluke on the East, and lot
belonging to the state of E. P. Jenkins, deceased, on the West, having thereon
erected a two story frame dwelling house, provided however that the above
named Lizzie J Ott and Anna E Blatchford pay the sum of six hundred dollars
($600) to the following named persons as follows:
To my eldest son, J. P. Jenkins, the sum of three hundred dollars ($300)
To my son, James R Jenkins, the sum of fifty dollars ($50)
To my son, Daniel M Jenkins, the sum of One Hundred dollars ($100)
To my daughter, Jeminie Jones, wife of Thomas A Jones, the sum of Fifty Dollars
($50)
To my grandson Sylvin, eldest son of my son James R Jenkins, the sum of One
Hundred dollars ($100)
Second, Any and all other property I may posses real, personal or ? in addition
to the above described at the time of my death, after all my debts have been
paid, including all funeral expense, I desire share and share alike to my
children now living and my grand daughter, Anne E Blatchford
I appoint my daughter Lizzie J Ott, of Elk Garden, West Virginia, executor of
this my last will and testament and desire that she shall not be required to
give bond for the performance of her duty as executor.
In witness whereof I have signed, sealed, published and declare this instrument
as my will at my home in Coaldale Borough Bedford County, Pennsylvania this
seventh day of November 1902 Her mark

The said Ann Jenkins at Coaldale Borough on said 7 day of November 1902 in our
presence, signed and sealed this instrument and published and declared the same
as and for her last will and at her request, and in her presence, and in the
presence of each other hereunto affixed our names as witnesses

Personally appeared before me Aaron Garber, Register for the probate of wills
in and for said county, John C Nichalson and Dr. D. W. Davis the two
subscribing witnesses to the last will and testament of Ann Jenkins, late of
Coaldale Borough deceased, who being duly qualified according to law, depose
and say that they were personally present and saw and heard the above named
testator sign and seal, pronounce and declared the foregoing instrument of
writing as and for her last will and testament, that they signed their name as
witnesses at the request of said testator and in her presence and in the
presence of each other and at the time of so doing, said testator was of sound
mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief
