I, William Dishong, of the Township of Bedford, County of Bedford and State of
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do
make publish and declare the following my last Will and Testament.
FIRST
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and discharged as
soon as may be after my decease.
SECOND
I give and bequeath all my household goods and immediate personal effects to my
wife, Lillie Dishong.
THIRD
I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, shall sell and dispose all of the
rest of my estate, real and personal, at either public or private sale, as be
may deemed best, and for such price or prices as he may deem adequate, and I
authorize and empower my said Executor to make and execute a deed or deeds to
the purchaser or purchasers for any realty of which I may die seized, the same
as I might do, if living.
FOURTH
After my executor shall have converted my estate into money and after the
payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, should sufficient funds remain in
my estate, it is my desire the note for Seven Hundred ($700.00) Dollars due me
from my son John Dishong, shall be forgiven him, and the said note be turned
over by my executor to my said son as if the sum had been fully paid.
FIFTH
To my wife Lillie Dishong, I give and bequeath one-third of the proceeds of my
estate, to have, hold, possesses and enjoy the same for and during her natural
life. My said wife to have the right to expend the entire principal or any part
of the same should the sum be necessary, for her comfort and maintenance, during
her lifetime. At her death it is my desire that any of the said moneys so
bequeathed to her remaining unexpended, shall be divided equally among my
children, Joseph E. Dishong, John L. Dishong, Effie M. Messersmith and Theodore
Dishong.
SIXTH
To my daughter Margaret Fodder, I give and bequeath the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar. This to be, in full, her share, of my estate.
SEVENTH
All the remainder of my estate remaining after my debts and funeral expenses,
and the bequests to my wife, and daughter Margaret Fodder, shall have been paid,
shall be equally divided by my executor among my children, Joseph E. Dishong,
John L. Dishong, Effie M. Messersmith and Theodore Dishong, share and share
alike.
EIGHTH
I nominate, constitute, and appoint, my friend, John L. Borth to be the executor
of this my Last Will and Testament.

I have hereunto set my hand and seal this SECOND day of AUGUST A.D. 1927.
