J. H. McElwain

  At 11:35 o'clock Friday night death claimed J. H. McElwain at his 
home near Marengo.  He was a well known carpenter and was born at 
Loveville, Centre county, August 12, 1850.  Surviving are his wife and 
ten sons and daughters.  Funeral services will be held at Ross church 
this morning, the cortege leaving the late home at 10 o'clock.  
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
